The Florida History Project is led by Director Joe Marzo, a passionate educator and historian. With over a decade of experience teaching U.S. History in Pinellas County Schools and serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, Joe brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to fostering historical curiosity. Under his leadership, the Florida History Project seeks to connect Floridians and beyond to the stories that have shaped the state, ensuring its rich legacy is preserved and celebrated for generations to come.
